Interventions

Monitor hormone levels and visual acuity regularly. Administer prescribed medications to reduce prolactin levels and tumor size. Educate patient on the importance of taking medications as prescribed and potential side effects. Prepare for possible surgical intervention if indicated.

Rationale

These interventions aim to manage symptoms, reduce tumor size, and educate the patient on the treatment plan.

Evaluation

Patient's hormone levels and response to treatment will be monitored regularly.
