Goals

Interventions
Administer prescribed diuretics and monitor for effectiveness. Monitor oxygen saturation levels and provide supplemental oxygen as needed. Educate patient on the importance of adhering to the prescribed medication regimen. Encourage patient to avoid high-sodium foods and maintain a balanced diet.
Rationale
These interventions aim to reduce fluid overload, improve gas exchange, and prevent complications associated with pulmonary edema.
Evaluation
