Interventions
Monitor renal function tests and vital signs regularly. Prepare patient for diagnostic tests such as ultrasound and CT scan. Administer prescribed medications to manage symptoms and support treatment (e.g., antihypertensives). Educate family on treatment options, including surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation.
