Encourage outdoor activities to increase exposure to sunlight. Monitor for signs of complications such as skeletal deformities or delayed growth.
Rationale
These interventions aim to correct nutritional deficiencies, promote growth and development, and prevent complications associated with rickets.
Evaluation
Patient’s growth and development and adherence to nutritional recommendations will be monitored during follow-up visits.
