Goals
Patient will maintain hemostasis and be free from signs of bleeding. Patient and caregivers will verbalize understanding of hemophilia management and emergency response.
Interventions
Administer prescribed clotting factor replacement therapy and monitor for signs of bleeding. Educate patient and caregivers on bleeding precautions and how to administer clotting factor at home. Encourage patient to avoid activities that may increase the risk of injury. Provide training on recognizing and responding to bleeding episodes.
Rationale

Evaluation
