Goals

Patient will demonstrate reduction in uveitis symptoms as evidenced by decreased pain and redness and improved visual acuity.

Interventions

Monitor visual acuity and eye symptoms regularly. Administer prescribed medications to reduce inflammation (e.g., corticosteroid eye drops). Educate patient on the importance of medication adherence and regular follow-up with an ophthalmologist. Encourage use of sunglasses to reduce photophobia.

Rationale

These interventions aim to reduce inflammation, manage symptoms, and prevent complications associated with anterior uveitis.

Evaluation
