Interventions

Monitor wound condition and assess for signs of infection. Cleanse wound with prescribed solutions and apply appropriate dressings. Administer prescribed antibiotics if infection is present. Educate patient on wound care techniques and signs of infection.

Rationale

These interventions aim to promote wound healing, prevent infection, and support patient education.

Evaluation
