Interventions
Monitor symptoms and vaginal discharge characteristics regularly. Administer prescribed medications to treat the underlying cause (e.g., antifungals for yeast infection). Educate patient on proper perineal hygiene and avoiding irritants such as douches or scented products. Encourage wearing loose-fitting, breathable clothing to reduce irritation.
