Administer antiretroviral therapy if HIV-positive. Apply topical treatments to skin lesions as prescribed. Educate patient on the importance of regular skin assessments and follow-up appointments.

These interventions help manage symptoms, prevent complications, and educate the patient about their condition.

Evaluation

Skin lesions will be monitored for changes in size and number.
