Interventions

Administer prescribed analgesics and monitor for pain relief. Immobilize the affected limb and monitor for signs of neurovascular compromise. Educate patient on fracture healing process and the importance of adhering to activity restrictions. Refer patient to physical therapy for rehabilitation as needed.

These interventions help manage pain, support fracture healing, and promote safe mobility.

Evaluation

Patient's pain levels, limb mobility, and understanding of management strategies will be monitored to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
