Risk for ineffective tissue perfusion related to venous thrombus formation.

Goals

Interventions

Rationale

These interventions help prevent thrombus extension, promote venous return, and reduce the risk of complications associated with DVT.

Evaluation

Patient's limb perfusion and understanding of DVT prevention will be monitored to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
