Interventions

Administer anticoagulant and antiplatelet medications as prescribed. Monitor cardiac biomarkers and 📈electrocardiogram ( 📈ECG ) for changes. Educate patient on the importance of a heart-healthy diet and regular exercise. Provide emotional support and counseling as needed.

Rationale

Medications and lifestyle modifications reduce the risk of further thrombosis and promote heart health.

Monitor cardiac function and pain levels. Assess patient's understanding and adherence to lifestyle recommendations.
