Interventions

Educate patient on the Epley maneuver to reposition the displaced otoliths in the inner ear. Advise patient to avoid rapid head movements and positions that trigger vertigo. Encourage patient to use support when ambulating to prevent falls. Schedule follow-up appointments with a healthcare provider to monitor progress.
